kita7 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kita7 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kita7.app. By accessing the kita7 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kita7 platform and close your account. Continued use of kita7 after any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

kita7 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform's notification system or email registered to your account. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

Access to and use of the kita7 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated system.
• You are accessing kita7 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful for your personal use.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the operation or use of online gambling services is prohibited.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, whether administered by kita7 or any relevant regulatory body.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of kita7 or any of its related entities, or an immediate family member of such persons.

kita7 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a registered account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21, we will suspend the account pending a full identity verification review. Any winnings accumulated on such an account may be forfeited in full.

To access real-money gaming on kita7, you must register an account on the platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registered information and update it promptly if any details change.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously held a kita7 account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each person may register and maintain only one (1) active kita7 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. kita7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kita7 username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. kita7 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kita7 support immediately.

kita7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on kita7 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Cashier section of your kita7 account and may vary by payment method.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. kita7 does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment account that matches the name on your kita7 account.
• kita7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same banking day subject to bank operating hours.
• kita7 will not be responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank, e-wallet provider, or any third-party payment processor.
• Deposits that cannot be credited due to incorrect details provided by the Player are not the responsibility of kita7. Contact support immediately if a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes.

kita7 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may have reduced or zero contribution rates. The contribution table for each promotion is published in the promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically.

kita7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred or shared.

All games available on the kita7 platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the kita7 help section.

kita7 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are operated from licensed studios with real-time oversight and are not subject to RNG — outcomes are determined by real physical processes observed via live video stream.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that results in an ambiguous outcome, kita7 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the staked amount to the Player's account.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded, or placed on markets that have already been settled, are void.
• kita7 reserves the right to correct any errors in displayed odds, payouts, or game outcomes caused by software bugs or human error. Any winnings derived from an obvious error may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kita7 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money through the kita7 platform.
• Creating accounts under false identities or on behalf of another person.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kita7 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the kita7 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access your account.

kita7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its Filipino player community. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

kita7 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your kita7 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are able to lose within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the kita7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any kita7 content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code used on the platform.
• Use kita7 trademarks, logos, or brand materials in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that misrepresents your relationship with kita7.
• Create derivative works based on kita7 content.

Any unauthorised use of kita7's intellectual property constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal action under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kita7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kita7 platform.
• Loss of winnings, data, revenue, or goodwill arising from platform unavailability, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond kita7's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays, errors, or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or e-wallet operators.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information published on the kita7 platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.

kita7's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kita7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit kita7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

kita7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the kita7 Privacy Policy.

kita7 is committed to complying with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with trusted service providers necessary for the operation of the kita7 platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

kita7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform's notification system, in-app messaging, or via email to the address registered on your account, at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the kita7 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using kita7 and may close your account by contacting our support team.

kita7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You have provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration details.
• Your account is required to be closed under applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity.

You may request the voluntary closure of your kita7 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from your use of the kita7 platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also refer disputes relating to kita7's regulated gaming operations to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official dispute resolution channels.

kita7 operates in compliance with all applicable Philippine laws, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and all other relevant statutes and regulations.
